A Consulting Firm for Suppliers to the Automotive Industry.

Stephen R. Plumley

The company's founder, Stephen R. Plumley, was working as a laboratory technician in the family business before graduating high school.  He received a degree in Chemistry from the University of Akron, and came back to the business to eventually become the Vice President of Technology.  Among his accomplishments, Steve holds two patents and has been a member and held office in several industry organizations.  One of his most significant honors was receiving the Automotive Hall of Fame's Young Leadership and Excellence Award.

After the company was sold to Dana Corporation, Steve became the General Manager of the Plumley Hose Division of Dana Corporation.  Steve left Dana to start Executive Decision and worked initially as only a business and technical consultant.  

LaDonna Jerrell

By bringing LaDonna Jerrell in as an additional partner, the business expanded into additional consulting areas and also sales representation.  Like Steve, LaDonna has a Chemistry degree, but excels in customer relations and negotiation.  She has worked in the chemical and automotive industry with a large variety of OEM, Tier 1 and 2 customers her entire career.  LaDonna has extensive experience in product launch, specifically quality and engineering aspects, but also with efficiency improvement in production as well as other business units.
